Church electoral roll
The Church Electoral Roll Officer reported on the new Church Electoral Roll. The number on the new roll was 186 (188 in 2009).

Mr K F W Gumbley (PCC Secretary) presented the following report of the proceedings of the Parochial Church Council for 2009/10:
Report of proceedings of Parochial Church Council
1. Constitution
The Parochial Church Council consists of the Vicar, 25 lay members (of whom 10 are ex-officio members and 15 are elected representatives of the laity) and one co-opted member. 5 elected members and one co-opted member retire now.
2. Meetings and officers
The Council first met following the Annual Parochial Church Meeting on 20th April 2009 to elect its officers, as follows:
Vice-chairman Mrs Caroline McDonald Secretary Mr Kenneth Gumbley Treasurer Mrs Brenda Kay Church electoral roll officer Mr Thomas Cowell Ordinary meetings of the Council were held on 28th July, 14th September, 9th November, 14th December 2009, 11th January and 8th March 2010.
3. Committees
The Council has a Standing Committee, a Fabric Committee, a Worship Committee, an Education and Mission Committee and a Social Committee, which have met from time to time. It also has a Fund-raising Committee and a Project Management Committee for the purposes of the Hall project.
4. Activities
The Council has made progress with the Hall project. Fund-raising for the next phase of the project is proceeding, and work will begin shortly with completed expected in October 2010.

PCC Accounts for 2009
The audited accounts of the Parochial Church Council for the year ended 31st December 2009, and an audited statement of the funds and property in the hands of the Council as at 31st December 2009, were presented by the Mrs B Kay (Treasurer).
Annual Fabric Report
Mr C Williams on behalf of the Churchwardens reported on the fabric, goods and ornaments of the parish church pursuant to s.5 of the Care of Churches and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1991.
Report of proceedings of Diocesan Synod
Mr K F W Gumbley reported on the proceedings of the Sodor and Man Diocesan Synod in 2009.
